Went to Changi Airport to meet Pastor Bobby. And after that we go eat Popeyes! :) As usual, I cannot resist the mashed potatoes! :) Yummy...even eileen say it is nice! Thanks Chingming and Eileen who accompanied  me for the hour long MRT ride. Loves!

Deep in thoughts

Have you ever wake up one day and hope you are in heaven? I do. Many times. I wish I am just in heaven with Jesus so that I do not have to go through all these things. But thats an escape mentality, right? Anyway we will have to face Jesus one day. If I were to meet Him right now, I think He will probably say, "Hello, why are you here..."

But sometimes you really hope that you can have a chance to relax and fly away, fly away to somewhere far, where no one knows who you are. Where you can find a cafe and sipping coffee with the latest magazines on hand, sitting on a couch and listening to your favourite music, smsing the one you love, and looking pretty at the same time.

Thats exactly how I feel now. But the reality is I have many things I need to do. And it seems never ending. Was reading my cousin blog, and thinking what he blog. He blog about LOVE. Love is always the biggest subject in one's life. Even God says the greatest of all is LOVE.

God Love (Agape) is patient and kind, never jealous, envious, boastful or proud, never selfish or rude. Love doesn't demand its own way. Love is not irritable or touchy. Love doesn't hold grudges and will never even notice when others do it wrong. Love is never glad about injustice, but rejoices when truth wins out. If you love someone with real Love, you will be loyal to him no matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, always expect the best of him and always defend him. (A paraphrase of 1 Corinthians 13:4-8.)

God's Love, therefore, is not a human love, but, in fact, is completely opposite. Our natural, human love (the love we were born with) will always be a conditional love that is dependent upon three things: how we feel; what our circumstances are; and how that other person responds to us. In other words, natural love will always seek the good of itself and not the other person and will always be based upon certain reciprocal expectations, "I'll love you, if you'll love me. But, if you stop loving me, I will stop loving you." This is why C.S Lewis calls natural, human love, a "need love." In other words, we need something from the one we love.

Agape is the only Love that can make us whole, meet our needs and give our lives the meaning and purpose that we are all seeking. In other words, it's the "glue" that ties everything together and makes everything possible. Without it, truly we are nothing!

Just to drop some thoughts on SEPARATION...

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. R0m 8:35,39

So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." Matt 19:6

Interesting Thought

The basis of most discontent is comparison.

We could be happy with our cars if the neighbors didn't have better ones. We would be satisfied with our houses if they were as nice as everyone else's. Yet, were we to have our present possessions in Africa, we would be considered rich.

Once our basic needs are met, the issue is not "how are we," but rather, "how are we compared to how everyone else is."

When the foundation of the new temple is laid, the new generation rejoices at the work of God; but the older generation laments that the new temple is not as impressive as the old one. We should be content with what God has chosen to give us and not make comparisons.

He is rich who rejoices in his portion.

What can I say? You guys are just simply awesome...really you are..Thank you so much for all those who played a part in the video. No matter how small your part is, you do make a difference and have melted my heart. If you have not seen the video they have done for me, please do look. Oh Gosh, they are just so talented arent they? Ok guys, you really melt my heart...and what am I supposed to do? Haha More Bible Studies for you? Or more OUTreaches?



From the bottom of my heart....Thank you for the video. You guys make me so honoured to be your CGL and you know I can really just agree to any request you have made cause you all make me so in LOVE with CG. And through this I have a revelation...if all of us can melt God's heart, I believe there is nothing that He will turn us down if its truly good for us. He will give us the strength, the power, the anointing and the REVIVAL, if we truly melt God's heart.

Night Walk in NTU

We decided to take a night walk in NTU. It was a long and tiring walk. I supposed we walk for around 2 hours? When we finally saw a vending machine, we were like as if we found heaven! haha and they bought a bottle of coke because they were so thirsty. And I can remember what they say, "I think this is the best coke in my life!" Anyway if you look at KX messy hair in the last picture, you can probably imagine how tired and hot he is. Anyway it is fun exploring the place with you guys. In the end, they wanted to get a free ride out because they were very tired, but little did we know that we are already near the exit. haha, they tried to sitck out their thumb to hitch a ride but UNSUCCESSFUL! How helpful is Singaporean? Rating: 1/10 Anyway we manage to find the quick exit in the end and yeah, HOME SWEET HOME.

When God answers prayer...

YEAH! Today I hit my target 18 for the number of particpants for the upcoming 21st April 5-theme leadership model by Dr Roger Gill. Coolz...how exciting can ones' life be when you live in the grace of God?

Walking with Jesus is fun and exciting. It is never boring. Everyday when you walk with God, you will learn new things.

There are days when you will be sad,

but when God is with you,

You just dont know how to look......haha

but if you just open your eyes,

God is bigger than your every circumstances, your every trial and tribulations. SMILE!
