Inspired: A new way of laying hands

I am really inspired by Dr Joshua Hong from Yoido Full Gospel Church. If your church is over 800000 strong, yup I guess this is really a faster way. If I do this in CG, I think my altar call will be over in less than 5 mins. Haha! Me and dorcas were discussing, perhaps we can have 4 altar calls in one CG with this new way of laying hands! :P

But then of course, if God has not called you to lay hands in this manner, please dont try this in CG ok? Remember you are not Dr Joshua Hong!

God, I am really hungry for revival.

Everytime when God wants to do a new wave of revival, He always give me a word. In my short 4 years of being a CGL, I have experience different revival.

And every revival is : Similar yet different.

I know God is going to do a new revival soon. Even Tianyi and Joycelyn can feel the difference. Honestly I am very EXCITED.

Today Pastor Bobby ask me, how big is your subzone now? I say around 50-60. Then he ask so how big you want your subzone to grow by end of the year. I say maybe 70-80. And he say,

"Why not 100?"

and he continued, "Amber, think and plan for 100."

that really gets me thinking hard. So I pray and ask God to really guide me.

And guess what? Somehow He just gave me a NEW idea. So whats the NEW idea? :)

Favourite: Japanese Food

I realised that me and Baobei really love Japanese food alot. Thinking back, I think out of 8 dinners we have, 6 are Jap food! :) and the rest of the other 2 dinners are Mcdonald loh!

Well, not because we think MAC food are nice but after 10pm, this seems to be the best option.

and eating all these food, really makes me grow fatter.. :(

Today a student (Peng fei) saw me and said, " Amber, please dont inspire to be like me. One Peng fei is enough!"

I want to go mission!

I really want to go mission when I have more time. Cant wait for SOT to end... but on the other hand, if SOT ends means baobei needs to go back to Indo for a 9 months! :(

God, this is hard. I dont know what to pray for but I guess

50 dead men walking

This is a movie YOU will not want to miss it! I really love this movie alot. I think what amazes me most is that this is based on a TRUE story and this MAN till this day is still in hiding!

He was asked to be a spy for the IRA by the British Army and he has saved up to 50 lives and hence 50 dead men is now walking because of his bravery. But he has to give up his family and loved ones.

This movie really makes me think...

How much will I give up to save the lost?

Overnight Prayer Meeting!

I really enjoyed last night PRAYER MEETING! And the presence of God is really awesome. I think I am getting addicted to the presence of God! :) To those who cannot go or you decide not to because you are simply tired, YOU really dont know what you have missed out! hmm or I should say YOU really dont know WHO you missed out last night.

God, just want to say I love you super much! Eveyday I just want to be in your presence.

"No longer I but Christ in Me.."

Just want to share a revelation I have on the LOVE of God.

We were discussing few days ago on how much God loves us. God is an ALL-KNOWING GOD, meaning He knows everything in this world.

So some people ask, "Does God knows if someone is going to backslide?"

And the ANS is "YES"

Suddenly revelation just came upon me.

God loves us so much that even when He knows some people will backslide but yet He loves everyone so much that He will still invest His time and effort in each and individual life. He accepts everyone no matter who they are, his love call out to everyone EVEN if HE KNOWS ONE DAY YOU will MAKE A DECISION TO LEAVE HIM but yet HE MAKES A DECISION TO LOVE YOU!

thats how much God loves you.

To all those who have left the presence of God, just want to let you know God already know you will make the decision to leave him but right at the beginning He already decide to love you and will love you forever. And He will wait for you to RETURN.

God is AWESOME :)

Salvation Army, TTC & DIP

Went to salvation army few days back..FINALLY went into the 2nd hand store. Well quite some things to buy if you really want to...I think some items are really a bargain but still I never see anything much that fancy me. I was there with Baobei because his parents' friends were here in Singapore.

AND I realised TTC is just beside Salvation Army! Thats where Edmund School is! Ok and Pastor Bobby, Kimhock and Yilun too...

I am seriously thinking that maybe I should enroll myself in soon. It is always good to have more knowledge! I love it when people challenge me with theological questions because it really tests my foundation and faith in God!

And OUR version of Deeper in love! :) I know the video is not that good but still I simply love it because i love to hear both our voices!...as usual I know I am biased..haha

3 girls with make up!

I really feel like laughing when I see them every week with make-up because they really look so not natural. Hmmz but of course I believe with all my heart it will get better and better! I think I really have to give them a make up lesson soon... well not as if I am really good in make up but yar..I guess they have no choice then! haha

I have so many things I want to blog about...

First, I want to thank God for many revelations He has given me! Especially during Dr AR Bernard tues leaders meeting, I really like the word he preach. I feel so refresh after hearing the word and I am so ever ready to be a better leader than before! I really need wisdom in my everyday life. Sometimes when I look back at all the mistakes I have done, I feel yar...silly. But I always remember ROMANS 8:28 :)

These few days as I begin to pray for my subzone, the word IMPARTATION just keep coming to me. Just sense that God really want me to impart whatever I have to the people he has put under my care. And if I really can impart one thing, I think that will be faith and revival! Throughout the years, God has really changed my thinking about leadership and its really amazing how much He has taught me these years!

Anyway feeling really happy because of the encouragement that I received these few days..

Remember International IDOL? One Korean Pastor went back to korea and he say that he wants to start a korean international idol because he was inspired! I was so happy! I feel like I have just completed a mission trip RIGHT HERE in Singapore. I really hope the event will turn out well and people's life will be impacted. And this is really what I hope to do. Before he left Singapore, He came over and said this to me:

" Thank you for changing my life and impacting me when I am in Singapore. You are one of the best leader I ever known and you are going to be greater in future. God will use you in a great way!"

And I really feel so encouraged. In my heart I am thinking there are still so many great leaders in CHC that you dont know yet...haha..

Got to go for a DINNER now... :)

Ice Age 3D

I really think this movie is nice! so please do catch it if you have some time! :) I really have a great time laughing. The characters in the movie are really funny and I do love dinosaurs!

And this is my SECOND 3D movie...

the only thing I want to complain is the specs? It makes my ear painful. =p

I like the reflection on my specs in this photo! I told BAOBEI I am the star! haha

So I have been down with a flu last week and have to wear a MASK in SOT. I was quite reluctant to wear cause yar you know 'beauty' issue. but anyway I still have to do the right thing!

And everyone ask me if i catch CAT FLU... of course NO lah..

To end off, just want to say thanks to Baobei for always being so nice and understanding to me! I really enjoyed spending time with you and I cant wait to go Bandung soon!

Michael: Do you want to drink anything?
Amber: Ok...Can I have honey...(pause because I was thinking what to drink)
Amber: (Continues after a long pause)...milk tea with pearl
Michael: just now when you say Honey, I thought you are calling me and I was so happy. I wanted to call you back but yar its ok, I will buy the drink for you.

I already call you baobei still not enough? Humans are greedy right? So Yup...see you in School Honey!

I love Ferrero and BAOBEI...

I really love Ferrero Dark Chocolate! Totally addicted to it...

and thats really bad because I think I am gaining weight due to chocolates! Ok I admit, I am gaining weight because I am just so lazy to exercise!

And yup Michael has been back from mission trip many days ago! Everyone at mission trip call him "BAOBEI". Why so? Because thats one of the first chinese word I taught him to pronounce.

Sometimes when he pronounce it, it sounds like abalone!

AND he really enjoy his mission trip alot because he gets to play keyboard and preach!

I really love to see him play keyboard...

ok, maybe I am just biased but any instrument he plays, I always thought it sounds so nice!

Yup, thats what we do at night...
