CGC class :)

Thanks guys for making everything happen in year 2008! You are all simply AWESOME! :) Its such an honour to be your CGL in year 2008. Looking forward to a better year in 2009! Thanks for standing with me in times of down and up. Thanks for the many laughter you all brought to my life. AMAZING!

We have our own CGC class mini appreciation and steamboat gathering yesterday. And to all who make it happen...thank you! Life is so sweet with you all around!

And after that we went bugis to get some more presents....and ok I spent quite a fair bit... :) but its all for a good cause..to bless people! haha and God says blessed is the one who gives!

I am going for the retreat soon...so yup till then...see you all in year 2009! Well its as if i am gone for very long...haha only 2 days....will be back in action soon!

The Holy WAR!

Last Sun after service, we played the Holy WAR! :) It was a fun time of war between heaven and hell. All of us have to play a certain role in the game.

And the aim of the game is to find our own relic and clue to end the game. Hell people have to find a black bible while Heaven people have to find a holy grail. During the game if you are being caught, you have to be punished! My role is as the Elite Angel and I have a fun time saboing people! Ops..haha I have a fun time painting nails! :)

And the winner goes to HEAVEN! yeah! Well it was quite a close fight...hell almost won if they manage to find their relic except somehow it just got lost among the 'flower pots'. And we all have a jolly good time!

I feel this game is fun except that the briefing can be really long because you have to make sure that everyone know their roles well. So from now till the next HOLY WAR..lets wait in anticipation again!

and yup forget to mention in the previous entry.. that they bought me a love lotion! :) Well its actually an eye bath lotion with lots of love written on it. Thanks girls. I will use it! And till then see you all again soon!

Got a very big card from Xiaoshi....

Nice right? Xiaoting told me Xiaoshi took ages to figure out how to do a mega pop out card...so touched...I really love it alot! Thanks girl..feel so LOVED!

I had sore eyes few days ago and because of that..I cant go out at all..DOCTOR said stay clear of all dusty area! SO I have to miss my thanksgiving dinner with the leaders :( and also I cant go to sat EXPO service to see SUN. So upset..really wanted to see SUN but cause I cant put on my contact lenses at all so yup equals to not seeing anything at all. But just when I was so upset with my eyes...Some people give me reasons to smile...and its none other than WEST 7!

Last year they came over to my house to stay overnight for XMAS countdown celebration and this year even though it was really unplanned, they knew I had sore eyes and lo and behold...all appeared at my house to accompany me for the night. And it was only when we gathered together then we realised that only xiaoshi was missing. And that would be the same 7 of us again! So who are the Seven?

We watched REC (a scary zombie show) and played LEFT 4 dead (a scary zombie game).

Hmm technically only karwen and karyie were playing and the rest of us just watched. We were all screaming and shouting because the show and the game equally scary. The 'safe door' joke in the game was really funny. I laughed till my stomach pain. And we all learnt one thing..safe door is not very safe if you are at the wrong side of the door. I introduced them the show 'How I met my mother' and everyone had a good laugh. Karyie was really addicted to the show and she never slept a wink till morning..

Really felt so loved! Thanks girls you make my day shine so bright by accompanying me through my 'sore eyes' night.

Ok thanks to TIM, I am really addicted to this show! It is really funny...

It's legen...wait for it...dary!

You guys just have to watch this show for few reasons.

1) Thats how I manage to spend my XMAS in 2008

2) You will improve your english

3) A great watch when you are cleaning your room

4) Its much better than KOREAN teary movie/drama

5) The people in the movie are funny!

6) You can identify your life in the drama

7) Every episode is only 20 mins

8) There are so many funny catch-phrase that you want to learn from

And I guess it reflects the life of Americans...or our new generation..

and I PROMISED you, once you start you cant stop..its simply addictive.

XMAS Celebration

Cool...more candlelight service! And I really like the DRAMA...its unexpected and I really love the story..the drama team is getting better each year! And Yeah I took a photo with Judith...I miss her! :) Come back quick!

Had FUN time FELLOWSHIPPING with all of the pple after XMAS SVC today! I couldnt believe but we sat at BEST coffeeshop and talk for like 3hrs? Until the next svc ended and we have to give up our seats!

And while I am at home tidying my room, the rest of the GUYS are having a fun WII time at TIM house. I wanted to go initially but hey spending XMAS with 14 sweaty guys...Er..forget it! haha, well it turns out that All the guys were at Tim house counting down to XMAS and I really feel wierd being the only girl there..so I decide to give that a miss and be a good girl and come home to wash clothes! :) And yes...I spent this XMAS night washing clothes and watching "How I met your mother"...oh my its really a funny show! will talk more about it next time! So only me and Xiaohei spending XMAS together! haha

AND previously took some WII photos when we have a mini MY hope gathering at TIM house with some friends and there it goes...I miss the WII time!! :)

Candlelight Service

Theres no better way than to celebrate XMAS with Jesus and to see many friends coming to church!! :) Candlelight service was awesome and so were my CG! You guys are really amazing! Thank you for all your hardwork....we were all so tired....but the last 2 days, we never stop! You guys fellowship and fellowship non-stop with friends, trying your very best to smile and serve wherever possible! And I am so touched! really I am!! And now while we are getting ready for 24th and 25th december, everyone is trying their best to bring Jesus a BIG birthday present! For the last two days..let me think..I have given like 10 pple salvation BS! Coolz...more to come...

We have a total of 3 My hope party with 18 friends and 10 salvation as well! Yeah! Yeah! Xiaoshi did such a good job coordinating everyone..so give her a big big clap!! :)

Twilight

Another vampire movie out! 'Twilight' haha...hmm if you ask me the only reason to watch this movie will be Robert Pattinson. He looks whitely handsome to me! I am just so fascinated by his vampire moves which is way too cool beyond description!!! Well back to reality..the story really isnt that fantastic..and if you expecting alot of bloody vampire scenes with crosses and garlics, forget it then..because there aren't any at all. Its a vampire-human love story. Well...its not my typical favourite vampire show and if its not for robert pattinson, I will give this movie like 1/5...but well He make this movie a perfect 10 for me..haha..enjoy the trailer..

SUN is back in SINGAPORE!

Yes! Sun is finally back after so long and I REALLY MISS HER alot!!! Her flight was estimated to reach by 525am in the morning..so majority of us decided to stay throughout the night in the airport and MAC was like a common gathering for all SUN FANS...while waiting for her, some of us were playing games, chatting, doing more ply cards to welcome her...

and trying to take photos at 3am is really hard... haha look at the work of DAVID ANG. It took him 3 shots to get it right that we want to take 3 person together...haha :)

and of course more photo taking! It was 5am in the morning but look at all the excited smiles on our face...we were so excited to know that we are going to see SUN very soon!

and the magic moment finally arrived! SUN reached SINGAPORE! All the screaming and 'AHs' and "WOAHs"....I bet the whole changi airport is shaken by our STAR!

And I was so close beside her..just to realised where is my camera!!! Never mind...couldnt care less...I want to see her! Still so pretty..and I am so jealous... :) Anyway managed to get a good video of what happened when she arrived..so please see!

Dian Xiao ER

I decided to give Ziyang a big thank you dinner for helping out at the zone website so we have an unplanned dinner at the new JP. The restaurant was called 'Dian Xiao Er'. The ambience of the new restaurant was very old and ancient which was quite cool and food was really nice too! And the total bill amount to 50 plus..... WOW haha..Ziyang say when he work, and when he recieve his first pay, he will treat me to a nice dinner too..YEAH!

Graduation Part 2

Oh well...haha..answer revealed... :) We were just helping out for a graduation ceremony for childcare teachers! Kinda inspired to teach..haha so enjoy the photos below! AND it is not MY GRADUATION!

Well, we have some flowers left...so we took some to give to our friends for the MY HOPE Singapore Programme. And these 3 guys above really look funny when they carried the flowers home, because they look like they are out for a blind date. Melvin had the most flowers on his hand and we were saying he had a chance to give to 6 ladies! haha :) Joshua had 3 chances and Tor had 1 chance! It was really a sight to see them walking with flowers!
